#porkmasala #porkrecipe #porkmasalaindianstyle #porkcurry #sweedainekitchen #indianrecipe #southindianrecipe #indianfoodrecipe #southindianfoodrecipe #indianfood #southindianfood<br /><br />Ingredients: <br />- Pork Meat or Bacon 750 grams<br />- Water 1 Cup<br />- 2-3 Bay Leaf<br />- Red Chilli Powder 2-4 tbsp<br />- Salt 1-2 tbsp<br />- Turmeric Powder ¼ tbsp<br />- Coriander Powder ¾ tbsp<br />- Garam Masala Powder ½ tbsp<br />- Pepper Powder ¼ tbsp<br />- Green Chilli – 4 <br />- Garlic Clove – 4 <br />- Ginger – 1 inch or a small piece<br />- Onion - 2 Large or 3 Medium size<br />- Vinegar 2 tbsp or Tamarind water - 3 tbsp<br /><br />Cooking Method: <br />- Cook 750 grams Pork meat or Bacon for 10-15 mins in high flame with 1 cup water, 2-3 Bay Leaf and Mix well.<br />- Add Salt 1 tbsp, Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp, Turmeric Powder ¼ tbsp, Coriander powder ¾ tbsp, Garam Masala Powder ½ tbsp, Pepper Powder ¼ tbsp and cook for 5-6 mins.<br />- Now, Add Chopped Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic and Onions<br />- Add 1-2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (Optional).<br />- Add Vinegar 2 tbsp or Tamarind Water 3 tbsp (Optional).<br />- Cook for 5 mins in Medium Flame and 10-15 mins in Low Flame<br />- Pork Masala Ready to eat <br /><br />Enjoy you Food…….<br /><br />See you in my Next Video.
